Shipping policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

We prepare and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, ensuring minimal waiting time so you can receive your fresh items promptly.

International Shipping & Delivery Time

Our standard international delivery typically arrives within 7–13 days. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your shipping destination. You may select the expedited rush shipping option at checkout if you require faster delivery.

Shipping Cost Calculation & Transparency

Shipping fees are calculated in real time based on order weight and delivery destination. The exact shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout with no hidden fees or additional surcharges.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes determined by local customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the order recipient. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected expenses.

Packaging & Shipping Protection

We use high-strength, shockproof and insulated packaging materials to protect fresh goods, keeping all items safe and intact during transit.
For high-value orders, optional shipping insurance is available at checkout, offering reliable protection and added peace of mind for your shipment.

Delivery Inspection & After-Sales Service

Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging carefully. If you notice any damage, leakage, or severe deformation, take photos as evidence, refuse to sign for the package, and contact us immediately.
If any product defects are found after signing for delivery, please notify our customer support within 48 hours. We will verify the issue and arrange return, exchange or other appropriate solutions.
